I don’t lead circles to teach or motivate. I lead them to create a container strong enough for men to tell the truth without performance.
UNcivilized Cleveland exists because too many men are carrying responsibility without space — showing up everywhere except with themselves.
My role is simple: to hold the structure, protect the pace, and make sure every man is met where he is.
What qualifies me to lead
I’ve spent years in environments where presence matters — high responsibility, real consequence, no room for theatrics.
I’ve worked in roles that demanded calm under pressure, emotional regulation, and the ability to listen without needing to react or fix.
Circle leadership draws on the same skills: steadiness, clarity, boundaries, and respect for the weight each man carries into the room.
